Not clever enough

Yeah I think it was on as part of the Olympics coverage or something like that. Barcelona if I'm remembering right.

Portland, Oregon got some airtime on my local alternative station. So I mean, there was some crossover there. Although I don't know if any of the songs got played on country stations, so maybe there was no crossover at all.

A Parks and Rec win would be great, but Modern Family winning isn't too sad. I'd say it was the second best comedy on TV last year after Parks and Rec. It's Always Sunny is up there too, but c'mon the emmys are never, ever going to recognize that show exists.

Yeah, as great as I thought O'Quinn was this season, I hear so many great things about Breaking Bad that Aaron Paul's win didn't really get to me all that much. I missed the first two episodes of BB and so have missed out on a show I'm sure I'd love, which irks me to no end. Anyway, the best direction loss is really

But Mad Men didn't even win. It was Dexter, which I've never seen an episode of, but every clip I've seen strikes me as kind of ugly. Although that may be an aesthetic choice. And I agree Mad Men is superbly directed, from the 3 episodes I've seen (I just started in on season 1). But the Lost finale was a clinic in TV

Lost
Lost not winning anything was the worst part of the night. I mean c'mon, even best direction in a drama. Say what you will about Lost, but it was always a well directed show.

Triforce
So the triforce conversation was awesome and as soon as I noticed the tattoo I was hoping someone mentioned it either on the show or on here. So yeah, in short, this show is awesome.

While I don't find The Limo that weak of an episode, and I agree with Sims its better than The Good Samaritan, with all the amazing episodes that Seinfeld has I do think it is a weird episode to say is your favorite. Although I say my favorite is The Cigar Store Indian so who am I to talk.

Yeah the story itself may be moving slowly but I don't think the show itself really moves all that slow, at least as far as individual episodes go.

I'm firmly in the soon camp
God I really want these recaps to continue. I've been watching along on Netflix, and while I saw most of the episodes when the show was on, watching them now that I'm older has been great. On top of all the greatness of re-watching, these recaps have been phenomenal and have been an

Nah hes in the pilot so he's been there since the start. Although he didn't have a name until season 2 I don't think. But at least on the pilot he got to be on the bridge.

Forgot about these episodes
I forgot about these episodes because of the awesomeness later on in Season 3, but these are some pretty damn great episodes. I don't know why the slipped through my mind so easily, because they really do constitute part of Season 3 being amazing.

Nah hes referring to the part in First Contact where Picard shows Lilly Earth behind the forcefield to get her trust.

I always liked the payoff for Krycek at the end of Apocrypha, with him alone in the silo coughing up the oil. I think it may exceed the cliffhanger from the Piper Maru cliffhanger, just because its such an indelible image.

I guess I'd have to disagree with your assessment that the mytharc episodes are the only ones that deal with character development. I think part of the genius of the show is that it even made its unconnected episodes important because they deepened the understanding of the characters. Conduit isn't mytharc but it

Worst episode of season 3 for sure. Although the show would get much much worse.

There's a video on ew.com with a guy interviewing Wahlberg, Ferell, and Mendes and Wahlberg snaps (in the least-jokingly joking manner of all time) at the interviewer. Ferell's face transforms into one of complete shock. It's really weird and I'd say check it out.

Liev Schriber's face is interesting in the way a real person's face might be interesting, so its not too distracting.

I dunna Hopper never really took me out of the movies he was in because most of the time the shit he was in was just as ridiculous as his performance so it just fit in.
