I agree. That Ripley was a female action hero in the theatrical was great. The DC makes Ripley a female action hero in that her motivations are driven by her base femininity, by guilt and maternal instinct. It's lame.

it's remastered from the original tapes, and according to Cisneros, is more in keeping with what they had in mind. i don't have the best ear for this, but listening to it, the intro is a bit different, and the drumming (which kills) is mixed up a bit.

I would say that after Dopesmoker, Dopethrone is the best dope-titled metal record ever. Also maybe in my top ten favourite albums. Back when I owned a bass I would just sit around and play that "Funeralopolis" intro forever.
