I think a large part of it is that Jimmy can't resist showing Chuck how talented he is at being Slippin' Jimmy. That he has some skills Chuck couldn't have even if he wanted to.

The trouble with being Mean Girl, is that I can never tell if you're being sarcastic.
I feel like Howard and Chuck are complete opposites.
I kinda see what you mean, but… That's way too generous to TWD.
So… outside of reality TV, is this the most cynical show out there in terms of the motives of the writing staff?
I almost hope it's the first. The second option is just sad.
There are some real similarities in the way this show adapts characters from source material with how Hack Snyder does

"Even SOA thought this episode ran too long."
The only positive from this finale is how much hate it's getting online. That actually gives me some satisfaction that people are finally sick of what they pass for writing and pacing on this show.
So, is the TWD writer's room just one or two people typing with their feet while they play videogames?
That's why I think it'll be him. He gave away what made him valuable and everyone said goodbye in the 'I know you're about to die' way.
Accurately describing how the comics portrayed a larger-than-life and memorable character, and being excited to see that character portrayed on screen, isn't really hyping it up. It's just genuine interest and an accurate description.
I really like JDM, but seeing him in the costume and delivering that… dialogue. Nope. He's just not intimidating enough for that role. Negan has to be someone ridiculously large in an 80s action movie way, because it's so central to the character's blunt and almost zen outlook. He knows he's in charge because he…
Nicholas' reanimated corpse will become the first undead member of the team. His ability to speak will also be a first for the show.
This was utter Garbage.
