Matt Craven is awesome in it too. In a movie filled with terrifying visuals, his description of them testing The Ladder is deeply disturbing considering it's just a guy talking.

There's some genuinely memorable disturbing visuals in there.

more obsolete?

Same. The "Aw fuck, Buddy" is right on the money, though.

I like Tom Hiddleston, but those were painful.

The show has proven it will always have a real lack of realistic human decision making.

Just realized the guy who plays Spencer was Morgan Earp in Deadwood and also one of the dudes who banged Brenda with his friend in Six Feet Under.

I'm getting the impression he's in some kind of Internal Affairs role with the Rezidentura and has been placed to both keep an eye on the Jennings and also finish turning Paige if necessary.

"You're the prettiest spy ever, Nina Sergeevna."

There's definitely some great moments on Barking, ('Scribble' especially. Shouts out to High Contrast) but it felt like the guest producers ended up driving the ship a bit too much in places.
