I actually got a little teary-eyed watching that extended intro song being crudely filmed by a phone. I guess this show must truly have a stranglehold on me.

Yeah, it's fantastic. I'm quite partial to the "continuous take" Cannon Fodder myself. And Stink Bomb is super enjoyable. What I'm saying is I quite like all of Memories, I guess.

I remember when some bar where I live started putting Duff labels on piss-water beers and selling them for a more expensive price. Worked on 18-year-old drunk me like a charm.

Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers, Paranoia Agent, Paprika. The guy's filmography was a perfect run before he passed.

Satoshi Kon. Genius. Unfortunately he died of cancer a few years ago. He was only forty-something. Great career cut short. Should check out any of his movies or his TV show Paranoia Agent, they're all stellar.

My hairy caterpillar just mopes around all day and fidgets when it's bored.

"Should be able to get this short done in six to nine months, Mr. Miyazaki. Then you can get back to your retirement."

The Gamecube remains one of my favorite consoles and my absolute favorite time as a Nintendo fan. I was starting to grow up, getting more analytical and passionate about my hobby, and as everyone else seemed to be lauding over GTA and Halo (not that I was solely a Nintendo gamer, but I would've chosen their corner if

This news just kicked my ass. Shocked. Always seemed so jovial and passionate. His tenure as president was pretty much started as my teens begun. GBA, Gamecube, DS, Wii…Man, he was far too young. RIP.

Yeah, pretty much actually. But it was somewhat grounded. Had a not terrible love triangle at the heart of it. At least not terrible when I was 15 when I played it.

My second time being featured on Keyboard Geniuses! Finally, my life takes shape.

Only if its storyline became impenetrable nonsense after the first season.

I'm all about Death Proof, even if it's my least favorite of his movies. Rodriguez filled Planet Terror with so much wall-to-wall batshit insanity and gore that it kinda just blends together and dribbles out of memory after a coupe days. But Tarantino made Death Proof a slow burner punctuated with lovingly crafted

I adore Morricone's work. I'm the kind of guy who'd put on The Ecstasy of Gold if someone gave me choice of next song at a house party.

Is…is that a real abbreviation people use? Had to look it up. But anyway, yeah, I was all about that Uncle Grandpa episode too.

It really does. In terms of headache-inducing cartoon scheduling, Gravity Falls has managed to surpass the third season of Avatar: The Last Airbender, which is sort of ridiculous.

That Uncle Grandpa episode of Steven Universe was better than it had any right to be. Fluff, but entertaining enough.

It's being butchered by its scheduling, but I know one day it's going to be one of my most rewatched box sets.

I love love this show. But something happened recently that threw me off guard. I think Steven Universe has surpassed it in my estimations. Only a bit.
