Fact about me #1: Majora's Mask is my favorite game of all time.
Fact about me #2: I own a 3DS.
Fact about me #3: I really should not be spending money on games right now.
Fact about me #4: I will be buying the fuck out of this.

I…I enjoy the episodes where the boy pulls pranks on people.

Being a celebrity is the best!

I have a signed copy of the program of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds from about six years ago. He wrote "Ulla!" on it, which made me immediately nerd out.

That's the third Pirates of the Cariibbean, right? Truly the most memorable one.

I still mimic Berry's exquisite delivery of "Fuck you!" to this day, as often and as belligerently as I can.

Takahata has always been a fascinating filmmaker. Every one of his movies have quite cumbersome pacing issues, but it's difficult to not be utterly enraptured by them. He conjures magic out of the story of a disenfranchised twenty-something reminiscing about her childhood, and highlights the domestic side of a tale

It brought me so much joy to see photographic evidence that even well into his adulthood Aang was still busting out his favorite trick that we first saw in The Warriors of Kyoshi.

Catherine, just out of its sheer uniqueness. I ended up sort of falling out of love with it in its third act, but there's still nothing else quite like it, a hugely important trait to have in the gaming industry these days.

The episodes are only about 10 minutes long, so when one doesn't quite work it's easier to forgive than a lot of shows. When one does work though, there's really nothing quite like it. It really evolved into a special little show.

And it wasn't bad at all! Bodes well.

To be honest I specifically meant "all-ages action adventure animated show". Gravity Falls and Adventure Time will still hold the banners of "kids shows that actually amazing, seriously you should be watching them!", but they don't offer exactly what Korra does. If Rebels turns out to be good, it might.

I'm going to be optimistic about this. The animation was impressive, the action was solid, and the characters were likable enough; they were painted in broad strokes, but this was only the introduction. I'm going to keep watching. The Legend Korra will soon be leaving a void that needs to be filled, and so far this

This Pogo guy is getting some good plugging on this site. I'm not complaining, the last AV Club article about him allowed me to discover him and I commenced listening to The Trouble about twenty times.

When I was eleven I simply could not believe that the main character of Final Fantasy VIII was named Squall Leonhart too. What were the chances? My friends gave me a lot of shit over it.

This marks the first time ever I got my pop culture news first not from a site such as this, but by walking past a copy of the Sunday World in a shop while going to buy a coke. Weird.

I refuse to do research on this "Ursula's sister" character and just imagine that she is a completely reasonable and sane woman, and Ariel's family just fucks up her life out of fear and spitefulness.

That guy turned in one of TV's greatest and most overlooked performances in Deadwood's second season.

Inversely, being branded by a tattoo designed by Miley Cyrus should be a substitute for a 10,000 dollar criminal fine. It would deter crime.

Let's not perpetuate stereotypes here.
