I watched Prometheus then tuned in to NBC about five minutes before they called Ohio.  I stayed up to watch Tammy Baldwin's acceptance speech and then called it a night.

I started with the pre-Olympics ones back in August and I'm usually a few weeks behind in listening to them now.  I don't mind the back episodes because it really isn't breaking news analysis, but that might just be me.

Last Sunday I was at the Oktoberfest in New Glarus (south central WI) and while there was no butter carving the Green County Dairy Princess was there handing out fondue.  It was exceptional fondue too.

My busy weekend kicked off with a free outdoor concert on King Street in downtown Madison with the Henry Clay People opening for the Hold Steady.  It was exceptional, one of the better Hold Steady shows I've seen.  The weather was perfect, we were right up front for both bands and I half blew out my voice singing…

I just caught up with a few episodes of this the other day.  The Kathleen Turner one was really excellent as was the Robert Osbourne one.

Krulwich inspires a visceral dislike with me for many of the reasons you've mentioned.  I can't get through a Radiolab episode because of it.  I straight up hate him, to the point where it's disconcerting that I feel so strongly about it.

The only thing I didn't enjoy about this episode was the whole getting stuck in the transom, phone in the toilet routine.  It was just so hacky.
