My parents never listened to Paul Simon but I had a baseball coach that often put in a Graceland cassette on road trips.  There are a lot of reasons why I don't like this album or anything by Simon but hearing this on the bus ride home after yet another loss has to rank pretty high.

I don't even consider myself much of a sports hater but this is definitely true.  Just the thought of a team I hate losing gives me the warm & fuzzies.  I'm certainly not getting that from the Cubs right now.

Friday night I stayed in and watched The Descendants and The Sitter, really enjoying the former and disliking with the latter.  Unfortunately I should have been out seeing my friend's band play their CD release show but I somehow got confused and thought the show was Saturday night.
