"Have you ever transcended space and time?"

I loved it when I first saw it, and although I haven't watched it repeatedly like I tend to do with comedies I really, really love, I still hold it in high regard.

"Can the boy tell time?"
"Oh, my lord, no"

The only time I remember watching the Sweet Spot was when they were playing some course in Wisconsin. In one scene one of the brothers was lining up a tough shot and mentioned needing confidence to make it, and another brother said "You don't need confidence, you need Wis-confidence" and handed him a beer. Nothing makes me happier than a Transdniestria joke.

I like the first one off of this, "Down to the Wire."

Potatoes - you're right about BtMI. I didn't immediately love "Scrambles" like I did "Get Warmer" but it seemed to get better on every listen.

The Felice Brothers new album took a little bit to sink in, but it's definitely at the top of my list now. They played a scorching show on the Terrace in Madison a couple weeks ago that's been the highlight of the year so far.

I think it depends on the show. I saw them open for the Hold Steady a few years back and was really impressed, but the last time I saw them I was a little underwhelmed.

I personally think the article would have been much more engrossing had it slammed Monday's.

I taking high school German instead of Spanish would pay off some day.

Rooney was probably complaining about the baseball team. He's old.

Exactly. If you've seen him live, the CDs are just a means by which to bring back the great memories of the show.

"The Instigator" is much better than "The Believer" although there's a few decent songs on the latter.

You probably should use the government coupon while it's still valid. I believe they expire after a couple of months.

Farscape
I probably wouldn't last very long, but I'd love to spend some time on Moya. Though the constant running from Peacekeepers or Scarrans would suck.

Call me old fashioned, but I still believe there's only one true God.

If we're talking British, then I'd love to be living in Red Dwarf. Hell, even Starbug wouldn't be too bad, other than curry night.

Choctaw Bingo would be a hell of a vacation. We're gonna have us a time!
