If I was going to find any flaw with this at all it would be that I wish they had done more explaining Rockso's motives and the bands reaction to them - I mean he came and left out of nowhere, and his loyalty toward his only real fan was always heartwarming ulterior motives aside.

Being that this is something so beyond what they've usually attempted the recapping was necessary to allow this to be a stand alone piece. With maybe the exception of Six Feet Under it's the only finale I've ever seen that makes for an ideal gateway/primer as well.

That sounds awesome. As great as the Civ 5 GAK mod looked, the Tully v. Stark battle for world domination it inevitably turned into gradually made me pine for something more.

Lovecraft fanfic is always embarrassing. Awhile back I reconnected w/a friend from high school who had a bright, shining mind back then. He showed me his first creative work in a decade, asking for honest criticism and it was…yeah. Awful even for that "genre".

I dunno about lack of growth - I think it's more a matter that it's taking place among so many titles w/so many creators involved that's its difficult for it all to be reconciled just yet.
