If you get the chance to skim through the reviews/comments for this stuff way back when, you'll find it well worth a few hours. There were only a few hundred a week back then, not nearly as difficult to peruse as the modern era ones.

I checked out Thunderbolts a few days ago - was totally unaware that the coolest Marvel ensemble cast ever had been assembled and nobody noticed. Punisher, Elektra, Venom, Red Hulk and Deadpool all in one book, just hanging out and behaving badly.
