The scene in Wes' office between he and Gunn is some of Alexis Denisof's finest acting on the series. The way he balances almost comical manic insanity (no shoes!) with such quietly profound sadness is both poignant and amusing. You can really feel the fallout from the end of "Origin" without any direct reference to

My problem with the Wes/Illyria subplot is that he didn't call her parents. Seriously, dude? I understand you're a) distracted by sorrow; and b) kind of batshit right now, but really? Her dying wish was that you tell them! Some devoted lover, you are! We couldn't at least have a quick "they didn't pick up" or

Everywhere I go, damn there I am

Yes (kind of) and yes (definitely)

    "There was a bee"

    Veronica Mars! Veronica Mars!

Which one's Michael? Please say Teddy. No, wait, Austin.

Need it be one or the other? I want both!

Maybe it's residual Gilmore Girls affection talking, but I haven't had a problem with Bledel's performance at all. It seems deliberately reminiscent of January Jones, which would normally be an insult, but works given the similarities between their characters.

Imdb informs me Sean Maher will be Don John in Much Ado, aka the villain. Check another off the list.

See, Angel's beige arc was the most interested I've even been in him as a character. It demonstrates the relationship between Angelus and Angel probably more powerfully than anything else the show ever did. Angel still has that cold, calculated bastard within.

I don't know. Hell looming in the basement of a seemingly normal, well-adjusted family sure say suburbs to me!

"Tell you what, I still like him better than Eve"

I'm still in awe of how nicely Connor and Cordy's arcs wrap up considering how painfully they'd been mangled the previous two seasons. Bravo, writers.

@mr_subjunctive:disqus  Not, "I'd get this truck packed before the new stuff gets here"?

Season 2 is criminally underrated. Darla, Reunion, Reprise…I love that season. Pylea, though, I could give or take.

He should apologize, but…I think it'll just be awkward.
