There's an extent to which I don't really get Katy Perry hate. Obviously, she has no artistic merit or whatever, but she clearly would never claim to (unlike, say, Lady Gaga). She aims for catchy, poppy, reluctantly-catch-yourself-singing-them-in-the-shower songs, and succeeds pretty spectacularly.

I don't know. I am personally fascinated by the question: My God, why do people en masse watch this shit?

"Women like this show because they're glad they aren't these people, therefore feminism is dead"

Why don't we say 9:30, and then make it your beeswax to be here at 9:30?

Let's meet in the morning so we can make a day of it.

Same problem! If only True Blood had gotten one of the stupid names…

He was in a pretty cute modern adaptation of Much Ado About Nothing. Not sure if it's still on Instant Play, but it's worth checking out.

THANK YOU! God, I hated that adaptation.

Plus, Buffy Summers just may slap Logan Echolls across the face!!

I'm always kind of surprised Saylor and Dana gets so much flack. I feel like a lot of actors tend to overplay the obnoxious youth angle, when if anything most teens (pretty much myself included) tend to be withdrawn and apathetic around a lot of adults. It's a nicely subtle performance, she holds her own in scenes

So Boreanaz, what you're saying is you prefer Charisma Carpenter to the petite blond? Shippers, attack!

It's also just a really, really well done scene, despite the fact that it probably shouldn't work at all. Lord does Dohring ever sell that schmaltz.

    Or gorillavid

Patinkin improvised the Kaddish scene? What.A.Champ.

Pretty much on target, but I loved it anyway (please don't throw things at me guys. I was fasting! That messes with your head!)

I'm pretty sure there's an inverse relationship between number of AV Club comments and actual ratings.

Wasn't that Misfits episode from season 2? Is there yet another one about a lactose-powered villain? Because, yay!

So stopping after season 2 was a good choice? Phew!
