I would actually stipulate the opposite. Jasmine claims she's been planning this bitch for a long damn time. The First, on the other hand, is just like, "I've decided today is the day!…because it is?" If you go back to "Amends," we first meet the First (ba dum!), and it claims to be the one who brought Angel back,

    SPOILERS

I thought 3 was pretty patchy. Darla's pregnancy was great, Waiting in the Wings was great, Loyalty-Forgiving was some of the best stuff of the series, Wesley was great (a given), but…

You know what I don't get? I feel like I've complained about this before, but maybe just to myself. If it was Jasmine the whole time, why does Charisma Carpenter turn to the camera, and NO ONE ELSE, the morning after her night with Connor and look all ashamed? That's just the kind of sense that's not.

    I smell a spinoff!

    Cordevilia? Discordy?

    Shut shut!

My cousin is childhood friends with Jake Gyllenhaal's first cousin. I once had a sleep over with both of them. She met Kirsten Dunst several times back in the day when she was going out with Jake Gyllenhaal.

    But alas, they have met!

Wait, wait, wait. I could have had Oz in my life again? Not only did they cancel Angel in its prime, but they kept my Ozzy from me? Those bastards! WHY?!?!?!?

    "Thank you! I'm…quite comforted"

I also watched this on Instant Play, where I also fast-forwarded quite a bit, and unlike Buffy S7, Angel S4 seriously benefited from that. It became "The Season of Wesley," and was glorious.

I've only ever watched it on Instant Play. It was pretty brutal, and mostly fast-forwarded.

    Hell yes.

They were by far the least obnoxious characters in the least obnoxious relationship the show had to offer. Credit where credit is due.

    WALL-E!!!

Agreed on both fronts. Speaking of Diane Keaton, I'd like to nominate Reds as well.

I adored Everything is Illuminated. Maybe it was because I was fasting, maybe it was because I was fasting for a Jewish holiday, but I loved it.

@avclub-af9f0373a9bcac36c2f4e3a633ac43e5:disqus Everything is Illuminated the movie begs to differ.
