The Squeaky Man (as I always knew him) scared the shit out of me as a kid.

I haven't even read any before this one, and I liked it, but I just couldn't look at that character and take him seriously without a beard. He just looks like Connor Hawke.

And if you look at the card he gave her, Isabelle's grandfather's name is Dan Dare. I really liked that little touch.

I like him better as an artist than a writer, but that being said I still like his writing. I am worried though that with Animal Man, Green Arrow, Justice League Dark and Constantine, not to mention the upcoming Trillium, he's going to get burnt out and lose some of his edge.

Harbinger #0 was also a really good read this week. I'm really happy with the way that book is going. I wish the art was a little more consistent issue to issue, but I like how it's sort of becoming like  X-Men taken to a weird extreme.

I really hope the 23 puppeteers that operate Channing Tatum don't get snubbed at the Oscars this time.

What about the cover to The Coup's album Party Music that showed them blowing up the World Trade Center?

I was talking to someone about this storyline at the shop I work at, and they were telling me about all these theories on the internet about Death of the Family. Most of them were total bullshit, but apparently there this theory going around that it's not actually the Joker in DotF, but just someone wearing his face.

Cowabunga, dude!

Is the Eighth Doctor (he's the TV movie one, right?) worth watching at all?

Can I just randomly pick and choose these in random order or would you recommend that I go chronologically? I've got a fairly basic understanding of the idea from the revival (plus I work in a comic shop, so I hear plenty) and I don't mind being confused as long as I'm interested and entertained.

Awesome. Thank you! This'll definitely at least give me some jumping on points. I might have to take your advice and start with Baker. I do love a good scarf…

I just finally started to get into Doctor Who, beginning with Eccleston, and I really want to revisit the original run but it's just so damn daunting and I really don't have the time to watch it all. So I was wondering- What's a good list of 10-15, maybe 20 quality episodes that would give me a crash course in the

HELL YEAH PUPPY BOWL MOTHERFUCKERS.

I don't care what anyone says, Chocolate Chip Charlie is the man.

Can't?

Man oh man do I hate those fancy lads.

She died on the way back to her home planet.

His run on G.I. Joe: Cobra with Mike Costa is actually really good. It's a much darker, serious undercover story starring Chuckles. Worth checking out.

Quick question, gang- I've been starting to get back into Spider-Man after trying to wean myself off of superhero comics. The Slott stories I've been reading haven't been stellar, but I like the character and it's kind of nice to read a book simply at face value. But, now I see that they're starting to release Bendis'
