I think Dune Messiah is the best book of the series, somehow less and more straightforward than its predecessor.

Lynch's Dune is worth watching because of its magnificent visual scope.
The Expanded Universe is shit. But it translates into gold for GL.
"In the end, he attempted to lock humanity onto a safe future that (beyond his sight) led to humanity's extinction, and took his son about roughly three and a half millenia undoing."
Shitty production values, poor casting, and a lack of magnificence on par with the spiritual/cosmic grandeur of the novel make the miniseries crap.
Does anyone WANT a new Ghostbusters sequel?
Since when does a shitty movie deserve TWO sequels? Even Boondock Saints only got one.
Is it weird that I have a man-crush on Will?
'Cause if it is then I totally don't.
I always wondered if the title Rubicon implied that the conspiracy of the show was some sort of coup attempt against the US government, but maybe I am just overthinking it.
Here's hoping
That this stretch of episodes is the first step towards a second season.
He just told the waitress that dark haired girl was his sister so that he could bang her (the waitress) too. I didn't think it was particularly difficult to figure out…
Fuck Joan, Marry Trudy, Kill Peggy
There is A God!
I will now dedicate my life to helping people and stuff.
We all take it from Lucas because the good times are so good.
True. There are a lot of bad elements introduced by the Special Edition, but CGI Jabba in ANH ranks right up there with Hayden in ROTJ.
The original versions will probably become available once Lucas dies. Just keep that in mind.
As good as KoTOR and its even better sequel were, they pale in comparison to the story of Luke and Vader.
Lucas ditched High school? How did he subsequently get into USC Film School?
I feel ashamed, as a Mad Man fanatic, for having to ask this question, but I can't remember if Pete actually knows that Peggy had his child or not.
You're wrong. Understanding who David Kellogg was supposed to be in no way enhanced my enjoyment of the episode. Almost all of the real life people featured on the show have been tangential to the actual plot. If anything they pop up as in-jokey cameos.
Wow, I could not give less of a shit.
