In my mind, every character DeVito's played eventually turns into Frank.  Ruthless People?  Changes his name to Frank, starts a new life in Philly.  War of the Roses?  Frank.  Twins?  Frank.  Batman Returns?  Oswald survives, cleans himself up, turns into Frank.

When that arc started, I was all, "Ugh, this is gonna drag on forever and we'll forced to deal with some guy arguing with Peter for months".  Then Clown-9 came on board and has just been relentlessly entertaining the whole time.  I declare him to be the character find of 2012!  Ol' Stan's still got it!

Oh, yeah, forgot about the end of Dark Knight.  I guess Arkham City is one from the perspective of the Wonder Tower.
