They're working on Gravity Falls, so wish granted.

The last 30 minutes of Monsters University were amazing, which I think makes it a pretty great movie altogether.
As much as I love both James Gunn and Marvel Studios, the Year of Chris Pratt reached its peak on February 7th.
Again, Laika, you guys.
Laika is now the master. Screw the student.
Brad Bird wakes up, checks current film news, goes back to bed. It could happen.
SAY… Well, you know the deal.
He also used to work on Moral Orel. So either the fact that he directed episodes of Robot Chicken shouldn't mean anything regarding his future work on Lego, or we should be getting ready for the most fucking depressing kids' movie ever made.
The main problem here isn't mentioned in the article: Phil Lord and Chris Miller, also the writers of the first one, are being replaced by the man who wrote the Jim Carrey vehicle Mr. Popper's Penguins.
It can't follow the Shrek trajectory because the first Lego Movie was good.
Because unlike those two, most latter-day episodes aren't penned by classic Futurama writers.
Phil Lord wanted "Cloudy with a Chance of Sequel". This is an actual fact.
Agreed on the first one, but that was all writer/directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller's doing. I'll still watch this, but seeing as they're not especially involved in it (they're just producing), I'm going to go ahead and believe this review.
Same. Also, from next week onwards, it'll be airing against Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which means now I'm actually worried about a Joss Whedon show becoming an unstoppable ratings juggernaut. This is indeed a disturbing universe.
Also, Craig McCracken's new show airs its full premiere tonight, and it's incredibly fun and enjoyable. It's also free on iTunes, if you're bored.
Agreed on Sanders, Conatonc. Especially considering his co-writer and co-director was the guy who did Space Chimps. Getting an enjoyable movie out of that is a challenge if I ever saw one.
Phil Lord and Chris Miller directed it, and I wholeheartedly believe that's the whole reason why it was way more hilarious than it had any right being. Bless those two.
Belize is awesome.
Besides the fact that Craig McCracken is an awesome person, ANY show with an opening theme as amazing as this (http://www.youtube.com/watc… should totally get coverage, or at least something better than a sarcastic throwaway line. Not cool, you guys.
He'll have some credited touch-ups, in fact. He's co-writing the screenplay with Lindelof and Jeff Jensen.
