Ted Danson
+ a vaporizor? I totally see it…

My sister and I poured over THe Point album as kids, and my dad sang us "Think About Your Troubles" every night before bed. Simply a wonderful album, but the latter must have influenced my morbid nature [being told what decomposition was, as the result of death (my dad didn't feel that glossing over or sugar-coating

Seinfeld visits several babies in the show, as I recall. I thought that this was a pre-own-offspring Larry David commenting on how boring and annoying it is to visit people with (usually ugly) babies.

Um, you missed the obvious failed firstie. Seriously, who CAN'T get to first base? Not Keith Hernandez.

Donna
I've never really understood, did she even finish college?

Nah, it is as the book. Franny with Junior, John with Susie (who no longer has to be a bear), and John and Susie raising Franny and Junior's baby.

Marbury made every male on the show uncomfortable, he could be lewd and crass in ways that none of the other males could, but was still found charming and attractive by all of the ladies. It wasn't ONLY because he was British, he didn't care about his career like everyone else, and so could just be himself.

Morning Thunder

Domestic long-distance calls were very expensive back then, I can't imagine how much one from Australia would have been back then. Plus, the mom does call, I remember the kids saying that the babysitter was at the yarn store so that she could knit a huge doily for the sofa.

Felt Pelt, that one I know, It was called Tomes and Talismans, that is, if the one you remember was about the "Wipers" and the "Users". A HUGE joke for my sister and me for MANY years.

I don't want to get too involved, but if you just want to have some fun, that is a totally different matter.

Real Genius is just a timeless classic, for the young. I still love it, but its improbabilities are just so glaring as an adult, for example, Laslo's (sp?) transport? That no one noticed it and its sounds ALL THOSE YEARS!?

I can't believe more "Hater" fans aren't "The Soup" fans (and thereby having been exposed to "The Hills"). They seem the perfect marriage of hating.

Not to mention "I don't own a tv". She's sooo much cooler and hipper than everyone else, she doesn't need/want a tv.

Station to Station has long been my fav Bowie. TVC-15 tops of the list of songs from it. Just thinking about it fills me with longing, but I must wait until I am out of work….

Go ahead and make fun, but she could outsmart you and probably kill you with her rage. At least, before she became a buddhist. *sigh*

The sad thing is that he wanted to help his friend, but he wouldn't listen, as I am sure that his family tried too.

Lucas was always a fav for me and my sister, I don't know why now, but we sure loved it then! Too bad for Corey and his family, the Two Coreys was hard to watch, he was so obviously floundering. RIP.

I was a little surprised that no one mentioned it sooner. "Our Love", good stuff.

Plus, no mention of Fatboy Slim's Praise You. Even if you aren't a huge fan of the music, the video (shot by Spike Jonze) is pretty entertaining.
