@Wendy,
@Wendy,
I told you that bitch crazy
Tatiana must go! I'm sorry you see insane stardom in her, Claire, but I just see madness and evil. I couldn't believe that whole group went through.
Capitalism?
Um, I'm going to be contrary, because I never go to shows anymore, but if everyone's willing to pay $300 per ticket, or they can sell every available ticket for that price, then why should they even try to sell them for $60?
I think the reason, in part, is because there are quite a few minors in this year's Hollywood Week—they have to have their parents/guardians there. See Archuleta, David.
Amazingly, posting extra content online never occurred to me. Seriously.
Thanks (sincerely) for the science on LEDs. Very interesting, but not enough to look it up on my own. the new LED xmas lights are still kind of distracting. The ones on cars, not so much.
BEechwood 4-5789?
Our number growing up was
a) misprinted as a pizza joint in an ad
b) one number off from the plasma center.
That was indulgent nonsense.
I'm always kind of bothered by the very few people that they actually cover in a given show. Even when they devote an hour to a city that only hands out 8-12 "Golden Tickets," they still don't seem to manage to find the time to show all of them.
I didn't plan on being that guy, but that amount should be written:
$8,675,309
I briefly considered the surgery, but since I only wear my glasses when driving or watching TV, 2 things I don't do often, it doesn't seem necessary. I've had the same pair of glasses for over 5 years.
I, too, have noticed the "flicker" effect of LED lights. I imagine it's because they're digital and not "always on" like a tradional lightbulb. If you swing a traditional light in a circle, you see a circle. If you use LEDs, you see a dotted circle.
I'm still kind of bitter that after I heard all the buzz about "memento," when i rented it in taiwan, it was only playable in chronological order. i think they figured that the taiwanese wouldn't get it otherwise. it was a pretty standard movie that way.
Can someone explain to me what the purpose of creating a site like Hulu is if they won't stream the videos OUTSIDE THE FUCKING UNITED STATES? Why post anything on the "internet" if you can only see it in one country? Sorry. Just a little bitter.
I disagree…overdone. Americans don't really go for the sing-a-long national anthem, but all that over-souling makes it hard for anyone who loves their country to join in.
I believe they can't try out again if they make it to the final 24.
Is Simon the only one of the judges with a producer credit?
They teased that scenery-collapse since last week. A bit of a let-down.
danrimage, what ubiquitous C&H merchandising are you talking about? Watterson never licensed any, and the only thing I ever saw were those "Calvin pees on Ford logo" stickers…
