I'm a newcomer to Wilfred, and I thought this episode had a number of jokes which landed pretty well. The acting was good throughout, and the show has an interesting look. But my problem with it was the simplistic preachiness and predictability of the storyline. I kept waiting for some "take it to the next level"

Dear Bat-Fans,

Dear Bat-Fans,

Sorry, this isn't Soul Asylum-related, but is there some reason the AVC has not reviewed Frank Ocean's album?

Full disclosure: Sean O'Neal has entered the New Yorker caption contest 300 times without success. This article is his attempt at revenge.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm wondering if the author of that entry actually rewatched the episode ("All Singing, All Dancing"). The show makes a big joke of Marvin's mumbly voice.

Good point. I almost said something in my comment about there being a few exceptions to the rule, but I didn't because so many years had transpired between Barbra Streisand doing good work and the airing of "Mecha-Streisand." I'd say there was a good four years or so, right at the beginning of her screen career

Actually, all of Sean O'Neal's articles make more sense once you learn that he's using Newswire as a forum to settle personal vandettas he has against people in the entertainment industry. His notorious "enemies list" rivals that of the late Richard M. Nixon.

Full disclosure: a drunken Ricky Gervais once peed on Sean O'Neal's shoes in the late 1990s. And these were new shoes, you understand. He'd just bought them, like, a week before. O'Neal vowed revenge, but Gervais didn't believe him and just laughed in his face and moved on. Years passed. Gervais did his thing, O'Neal
