I agree about Tom Hanks, NPH, Cranston, Hamm, Stewart, and Conan, though I think fear about C.K. is a bit unwarranted (his material already offends a number of people, but when he does go taboo he always rides the line more brilliantly than any comedian since Carlin - I don't see a Michael Richards or Daniel Tosh

Many (though not, by any means, all) James Bond films fit this, particularly those starring Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan. I couldn't tell you what Tomorrow Never Dies is about, but I do know its opening titles had a bunch of really cool silhouettes of naked women made out of computer code.

Strangely enough, given my nitpicks, the Aston Martin didn't really bother me because I didn't see it as the one from Goldfinger; I saw it as the one from Casino Royale that he won in the first poker game (remember, it was a 1964 DB5 as well) and he just got it souped up since then.

Alright, so overall I loved the movie, but I have one major nitpicky nerdy complaint, and I want to know if anyone else had this problem.

Am I the only one who actually really liked the mountain/horn sketch? I mean, I know it was stupid, and none of the actual lines in and of themselves were all that funny, but something about the way Louis delivered the lines and just the overall nature of the sketch had me laughing pretty hard.

Same here, my friend. That might have been the single funniest sketch SNL has done in years. And there's a good chance 95% of the audience didn't even get the full joke.

See, and I think it's exactly that fact - the strong and interesting ensemble of characters - which is why Revolution DOES work despite Charlie.

I can't believe Chappell made no mention of Jeff Fahey as the rebel Nora finds. He did a lot with a really small role… most of which was kind of derailed when he up and stabbed her for really no reason. I mean, I get that he wants revenge for his wife's death, but still… YOU'RE ON THE SAME SIDE. And Nora's one of the

Somebody else brought up the failed Buffy Animated Series, and, aside from being failed, I think that might be the way to go with Firefly.
