They did. They didn't, however, call them bloated and overprivileged. And Matt Stone is Jewish. Seth McFarlane has yet to learn that there's a reason Matt Stone, Tom Lehrer, and the Airplane! guys could make those jokes, and why him revisiting the same material on a weekly basis seems crude and unfair.

I loved it (UK resident here, so maybe that accounts for it?). The Robin Williams one had some nice bits, but the voice actor was awful (much better impersonations in Community, The Peter Serafinowicz Show, and Futurama). Stewie's POV was inventive but lacking in humour (apart from the final dream).

OMGYN?

It's the fact that it comes across as not only silly, but stupid, in what it asks us to think of the characters and Buffy. It's no surprise that the 'relationship' with the Immortal was retconned out in the comic books. It's also a big comedy blotch in the middle of a dark transforrmation for Angel.
