I don't think it would have been great either way, but I'd like to see a version where McFarlane and NPH switched characters. Or, even better, a version where NPH stayed put and Seth Rogan played McFarlane's role.

"And my new FBI director will be G. Gordon Liddy!"

So, since the Holt interview came out (not to mention the Economist interview and the Time interview), has any Congressional Republican gone on the record about anything that the president has admitted to?

We don't like what we don't
Understand and in fact it scares us
And this monster 21st century is mysterious at least!
Bring your guns, bring your knives
Save children and and your wives
So save our village and our lives Southern heritage
Lets kill the beast fact it's 2017 and we can't accept that our heroes were actually

They probably got some time on T&E since it's designed to be a short-season series, so it wouldn't be coming back till next spring anyway.

Dennings was delightful in that romantic comedy she did with Michael Cera a couple of years before 2BG came along, so I'm sure she'll land on her feet.

The May 1956 birthdate is consistent with him graduating from high school in 1974. I prefer thinking of that rather than realizing that, thanks to the sliding timeline, I'm now older than Homer.

At least Rent the live show can't be any worse than Rent the movie.

I remember 10-year-old me thinking Candleshoe was really fun. In the very off-chance that this film does turn out to be a remake of that, it's a more interesting idea for Disney than remaking all their animated films.

My bf's 7-year-old is almost always asleep well before 10:30. And if he is awake, he's much more interested in watching endless episodes of Transformers: Rescue Bots on Netflix than a old guy telling jokes he doesn't understand.

10 hours later (10:20 am, CDT) I'm "working" while checking various news sites to see if a Republican—any Republican—has gone on the record responding to the Holt interview. Nope.

Well, he also said that he thinks 20-year-olds pay $15 a month for health insurance, so I'm not certain he has the best grasp on the lives of ordinary soon-to-be-fallout victims Americans.

I live and grew up in the Central Time Zone, and when I was elementary school, I was pretty much never allowed to stay up to 10:30 except on New Year's Eve and if we weren't home.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what happened. It was already going to be a bad movie, but WB execs decided to make it bad and incomprehensible.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I recall Pirates being one of those movies that seems to have about 16 climaxes stacked up in a row (other movies that do this are Return of the King, Bad Boys 2 and Maverick with Mel Gibson).

Nothing against Freddie Highmore, but he's 25 and could easily pass for 18. Unless his character is the second coming of Doogie Howser, there's no way I believe someone who looks like that would already have his MD, let alone have Toby Ziegler arguing about how brilliant he is.

Pink Flamingos. Perhaps the most disgusting movie I've ever seen. I literally spent 10 minutes gagging after it was over. I appreciate what John Waters has done for independent film, but I have no desire to ever see any other movie of his. Heck, I think the musical of Hairspray is far, far better than the original

I hadn't realized the spinoff wasn't going to air on ABC. But then again, there aren't too many sitcom slots available right now.

Or a live action Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, except with adults. Yeah, what made a delightful (and criminally underrated) cartoon would have been awful as a sitcom.

I'm surprised it got cancelled, but I suspect that the reason had more to do with the fact it's an aging, expensive show that's not very good and has plenty of episodes for syndication than anything that Tim Allen believes.
