And yet each one will somehow gross at least $250 million domestic, even the one where Paramount finally said "fuck it, we'll save some money", and simply released a film showing a group of 7-year-olds playing with Transformer toys for 45 minutes, followed by back-to-back episodes of Transformers: Rescue Bots.

That seemed to be most people's reaction when I started coming out. I thought I had done such a good job hiding it, too!

I'm assuming that every plum new assignment Jared gets is a payout for yet another instance of the president sexually harassing Jared's wife.

So that's where her dignity was stored!

It's good to see this series sweep into next year.

Roseanne and Dan actually loved each other and were frequently affectionate, and they both strived to be good parents for their kids, who did actually seem to like each other and their parents. The Connors were a long way from the Huxtables (I'm going to assume that Cliff did not share Bill Cosby's little quarks),

My congrats and condolences to Zyzzyx Road

Hey, it's Pixar. And the worst of Pixar (which, admittedly is this, along with The Good Dinosaur) is better than the majority of the output of the other major American non-Disney animation studios. If I had seen Puss in Boots or Hop in 3D, then you'd have a point. Besides, I waited to see it at the discount

I don't think Close was bad in Guardians, but it was a pretty nothing role that made me think "Why did they need someone of the caliber of Close for this role, and why did she take it?" Then, I saw the trailer for Bastards, and I understood.

Hey, at least you were a freshman. I was a sophomore. *downs entire bottle of peppermint Schnapps, which I might or might not have done at some point in college*

Bizarrely, Harrison Ford seemed to get all of Baldwin's rejected roles in the early 90s. In addition to Jack Ryan, Baldwin was also supposed to star in The Fugitive.

Beetlejuice was the only one that he had a significant role. I'll admit to not remembering him at all in Talk Radio (which I haven't seen since catching it on cable in the early 90s), and I'm pretty sure I've never seen She's Having a Baby, but in both Married to the Mob and Working Girl, he was the cheating

I'll have to see if I can see that entire lineup except for the last one. Though, unfortunately in the age of Comrade President, it's probably back to being relevant.

Ben will be played by Clint Eastwood. Mrs. Robinson will be played by the female baby in Boss Baby.

I don't think I've been to a 3D movie since Cars 2. I don't feel like I've missed anything.

O'Reilly could probably eat a baby on live national TV, and if the ratings don't drop, he won't be fired, provided he ends his next show with a "sincere" apology for his baby-eating.

Though to be fair, even if it had been renewed in August, it almost certainly would have been cancelled after the attacks.

I was gong to ask what did they expect from a R-rated movie, but it turns out Excalibur was rated PG. I mean, I know ratings standards were different in 1981, but seriously?

I think it's at least partly due to Cosby's carefully cultivated reptutation as the ultimate family man. It was such a cognitive dissonance that it was much easier to assume that the Bill Cosby who we've known and loved since the 60s was the real Bill Cosby.

I know, if I was a business owner, I'd have no problem paying someone $9 million for no reason whatsoever!
