I'm certainly glad I watched S4 all the way through, but there are a lot of valid criticisms of the construction of the thing. It doesn't get truly fun until episode 11, at which point you get 4 episodes that at no point feel like a chore (even GOB's 1st episode, Colony Collapse, is frustratingly lumpy even as it's

That makes a lot of sense, it looked unfinished

Romans rhymes with Trojans, and Trojans allow Kanye to talk about his dick. It's elementary really

It looks like he made this himself in Garry's Mod and all of his PR reps were too scared to tell him that it looks like a spastic rubber person

Why isn't it resting naturalistically on his face? WHAT IS KANYE HIDING?!

You can barely see his Yenis for like 2 seconds, it's fine to watch (though not very fun to watch really)

Not really a fan of this video. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the SNL performance of Black Skinhead, this video could have done with a bit more of the dog silhouettes and capitalist imagery and a bit less of ridiculous animated arm wiggling

I thought that the songs were boring and mediocre and the ending was bewilderingly thinly sketched, but we can agree to disagree

God I loathe you

If we're going to talk about comedy editing, can we talk about how Arrested Development S4 was hobbled by the bloated editing? Gems look a lot less bright when covered by rocks

One of the things that gets me about the new seasons is how transparently written in the modern day they were, without the buffer of "old 21st century technology." Instead of writing in actual future technology while cleverly making it analogous to the present day, they're just using stuff from the present day.

At least he met his quota of casually dissing another movie in every review

I think that's just peachy, Cap is a great classical leader type, and I think that the interplay between him and Stark is pretty rich material. Obviously the MCU is different from the comic's Civil War storyline, but the core Cap vs. Iron Man rivalry is something I'd love to see play out

I mean, he's basically the protagonist of the Avengers movies anyway, so I'm fine with no more Iron Man movies. Iron Man 3 had a surprisingly nice feeling of finality to it anyway.

The last one, but there are a billion "alright" comedies, and I usually try to watch the ones that are at least good.

I dunno, I didn't think it read as a non-apology at all. He seems genuinely sorry, and understanding of what he did wrong. Of course, he talks about himself in a simultaneously egotistical and self-loathing way, but I don't think Dan Harmon can NOT do that, so overall I think it was a success.

Aside from Harmon and Kurt Sutter, most showrunners actually seem remarkably well-adjusted. You never really hear Vince Gilligan spouting his mouth or Mike Schur badmouthing the network

In an interview, Harmon told the story of how he came up with the idea for Community; he went to a community college, and was asked to join a study group. He was doing fine by himself, and thought "what do I have to gain from this"? Then he went to the study group and helped them all and really felt a connection and

Nothing in the known universe can stop Dan Harmon from sharing with thoughts with the world, for better or rapejoke worse

But Afghamistam, you always tell us to shut the fuck up about fucking Community!
