Yep, screw everyone here who isn't as giddily excited by this episode as I was. It took season long plotlines (Annie looking for independence, that Pierce thing) and wove it into an incredibly fun, well written, well shot, well edited goddamn spaghetti western story. Easily as creative and fun as Modern Warfare for

It was posted last week.

Off-topic, but I had to replay the scene in Arrested Development where George Michael says Maebe is a flower and shouldn't be plucked like three times to hear the pl in plucked.

Nope, I got it during the free period and it stays in my steam library to this day.

That turret you find on the rail going towards a furnace is insanely adorable when it says "Get mad!"

*discreetly puts away troll fertilizer*

You annoy me because you're quite aware you're an ass, and actually take pride in it.

Jaime's just being an ass and Tyrion's genuinely interested in Jon's future, if I'm not mistaken. It's pretty easy to shit on the Night Watch, as many of their members are former criminals that were forced up there and the original point of it was to defend from a supernatural threat that's seen as legend by the time

Ned's actually a nickname for Eddard, which as variations on the name Ed go is pretty badass.

Yep, think you're right about the Cersei child story. It also serves to show just how devious she is; she gives a heartfelt story and tells Cat that she really prays for Bran to pull through, while the viewer knows that Cersei wants Bran gone.

Stannis would actually be a badass name for a kid.

Joffrey the Shithead
"Weirdly, I got more emotion from the scene where Jon and Robb part than the scene where Ned tells Jon he'll tell the boy all about his mother someday."

Wait, seriously? And that was on network TV?

All the sex in this series is icky.

I've read the books, but I couldn't recognize who the guy with the white facial hair ribbon on the bottom of his neck was. Any help?

It sounds weird to me because in the novels Theon basically has no story involvement up until he has, well, story involvement. Therefore, Theon plots that come before his story involvement sound like they're spinning their wheels with him just so we don't go "WTF is with that guy" when he finally gets his moment in

The divide
The divide between people who have read all the books and those that haven't will be interesting, as by the time you've read the four books you'll look at half of the original characters quite differently. And, in some cases, you'll have an opinion on characters that get nothing to do for a while, like

Ouch
And NBC continues its epic losing streak. Do the talented people just avoid NBC at this point, or does NBC just ignore all the good stuff and greenlight the bad stuff, or does NBC just ruin all its shows in production, or what? Because whatever is going on over at NBC, they're pumping out pretty crap shows (note:

I agree. There was this "the problem with Pierce" thing going on earlier in the season, but he was pretty well defined (Pierce the Dickish) and was, for me, enjoyable. I just wish they'd dial down on Chang, because right now's he's just kind of an ill-defined cipher for Ken Jeong antics. It's no "show-destroying

Donald could get an Emmy for Epidemiology, Mixology, or the Lavar Burton ep, really. All three are great eps for him.
