Speaking as someone who has only watched the second season (on Netflix, and I instantly felt bad for not watching the hell out of it when it was on), the characters are all perfectly introduced with only S2. The only thing you need to know about S1 is that Leslie is into Mark and Andy used to be Ann's jackass

Thank God, people will stop being pissed at RDJ now for firing back at Gervais. It was getting like a witch hunt.

I… I liked Ghost Town.

"Uh, why not?"

Jeez guys, RDJ's shtick with the women was funny, much like Ricky's potshot shtick was. I personally enjoyed Gervais, but don't rail on RDJ for not enjoying the mean-spiritedness of it and making a joke about it.

RDJ wasn't really offended, he was just saying "Wow, this is getting kind of venomous." It'd be weird if Gervais just quipped and the actors awkwardly took it, I have no problem with RDJ responding.

"More like

"Ah, but the meat of the episode lies in Lisa's doomed crush on the substitute and the big, beautiful, boundless outside world the crush opens, then cruelly and abruptly closes."

It's kind of a dilemma, because the first five really aren't bad and work to introduce all of the characters, so they're pretty valuable. On the other hand, they just aren't as good and unique as what comes later, and a few of the characters just weren't refined. Get your patient friends to just tough through them and

Actually, I kind of like it. It's evocative for the "twisted" part at the very least, the guy's face is pure insane id

^ First ever sighting of Lobsters actually being funny.

The Adventures of Dean Dangerous: Time Desk

I dunno, Elijah always seemed like the whiny bitch to me in those movies. In the books I saw Frodo as this plucky, adventurous fellow, but in the movies Frodo always looks like he's passing kidney stones, and I blame Elijah for that.

Community > Parks and Rec, though I love Parks and Rec too. Do we really need to compare the two, though? Community is more ambitious than P&R, and P&R is more consistent - Community's more absurd and P&R's more down to earth. Personally, I think they make good companions on NBC.

Actually kind of impressed
Not so much about him admitting that the movie was craptacular, but wanting to better himself and being open about that is not something I expected from Bland Worthington.

-insert Leonard Pierce joke here-

I was rooting for RDJ too. I love the guy, but I'm just really curious to see what he can do with a truly dramatic role.

'how did it come that Americans use "songs" what the British far more accurately refer to as "singles"?'

"I'd rather it was Todd that had posted a review of a Glee before it was finished."

Action music + techno music = ME music. AND IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY
