At this point in time, the reviewer is probably aware that Enrico Colantoni was still in the cast for season three, and he probably had much less suspension of disbelief than we did, watching it as it aired.
@Rowan:disqus I forgot to ask. Do you feel like you understand the entire Fitzpatrick arc after one watching? I don't think I understood that entire mystery until after I studied the breakdown at MarsInvestigations.net. It holds together, but there are some plot holes, and I think it ended up being too confusing.
»In the middle of graduation, Weevil is embarrassingly arrested and escorted out. Nobody stops it from happening.«
I can see it this way too, but I'd hope that Veronica would feel regret and possibly guilt that her quest for vengeance led to serious adult repercussions for Logan, and would see that Logan's actions mirrored her own recklessness. But yes absolutely Logan has the ultimate responsibility in this scene. It's somewhat…
I thought your idea that Aaron's acquittal highlighted the mistakes of Veronica and Logan—consequences for the choices they'd made—was a unique take on that scene. I always see the trial as completely spinning out of control, a morass of Neptune's corruption and the sickening culture of celebrity. (Of course, as in…
He was also in "Greek", "Ugly Betty" and "Raising the Bar", and has done a lot of guest star work on other shows. Of all the actors in VM, Greenfield is NOT the one I would have predicted to have such a thriving career.
Hey, "Middle" creators—thanks for making such a consistently fun show. Too bad some of the critics (*cough*, Sepinwall) don't get their head out of their butt and start reviewing this show. And I'm truly impressed with the kids on this show—whoever casted the main characters rocks.

The plot of "One Angry Veronica" is recycled from Rob Thomas's previous show, "Cupid". Jury duty at Christmas time. You can watch it on YouTube here:
The more relevant question is, why does Leo steal *both* copies of the tape? He could sell one to a tabloid, and preserve the evidence by leaving the other one behind. Plus take less risk, because he'd only have to break into one safe.
I'd have to do a rewatch to be sure that this theory was possible, given what was shown to us, but couldn't Nazir's cronies have set up the congressman—i.e. gather some damaging intel on the man, and then wait to reveal it once Brody is in a position to be nominated as a tenable replacement. I think it's relatively…
Maybe it says something about my family and where I grew up, but this show resonates with me a lot more than Modern Family, which gets all the attention and awards. It's not very hip to like this show, and I was really happy to discover that AV Club covered it.
Thank you, on some other blogs, people rave about the music on this show, and all of it makes me want to scream at the overblown, saccharine, look-how-hip-our-music choices-are. Pukey, I say. Closed captioning is your friend.
MORE SPOILER/RUMOR:
I so disagree. Damian Lewis is very good-looking. He looks like a real man; it's like the difference between Pamela Anderson and Morena Baccarin. People need to get over the ginger thing.
[Vaguely spoiler-y, general observations re: Jackie]
