Hey! Back off!

Next week, we get to meet the guy Betty Draper's second husband is named after.

"Mike Van Dyke" bears a strong resemblance to Don Draper, doesn't he?

In your hea-ead! In your hea-ea-EA-ead! ZomBAY! ZomBAY!

NORM!

SPOCK!

I love how both Britta and Annie can be sexy and goofy at the same time. Reminds me of the golden age of SCTV with Catherine O'Hara and Andrea Martin. (Okay, more O'Hara than Martin, but only because Martin was more than happy to make herself ugly for a gag; but on the rare occasion she showed us how sexy she was,

Never mind.

Svetlana took the brooch gladly—only Tony wasn't trying to cut her loose, he wanted more of her but she did not want "always to prop you up." Tony gave the brooch to Valentina as a "go away" gift. But, as any reference to horses, whores and Ralphie must do, we cannot forget Tracee, the "thoroughbred."

I agree, Jim,  but I wouldn't call her tone smug. Indeed, I've often faulted Visitor's acting but the cold way she delivered that line is beyond smug, beyond satisfied—it conveyed the utter joylessness of that kind of revenge. Brava, Nana, brava!

But he wears overalls with nothing underneath! That's charming!

Silly people! "Winnebago" sounds like it just might possibly could perhaps be slang for something lewd, like a penis!

Hmmmf. Shelley's not eating his lettuce. Hurrrrm. Shelley's dead.

I don't watch the show but my sister does. I was walking through the living room for that Big Reveal and thought pretty much the same thing: any blood relation at that point is so attenuated as to be negligible. True Blood is a very silly show.

I usually watch it with my mom. This week, she opted to watch The Good Wife with my brother instead. Whew!

You are the worst.

Gillian and Jimmy making the beast with two backs was kinda Chekhov's Gun, though: I was actually glad to see it had already happened.

That's what I get for not reading the whole thread…

It's a parody of Chuck Lorre's vanity cards, isn't it? A shot at BBT?
