This never seems to get mentioned, but despite her ludicrous antebellum accent, I thought Melissa Leo really sold the underlying menace of her communications with Victoria, and was downright terrifying when Jack reached the Tete.

The last love triangle on Earth would have greatly benefited from the absence of Olga Kurylenko.

Is that in the same way that the new Dune novels were based on an unpublished manuscript that Brian Herbert happened to find while cleaning out his dad's garage?
