I am shocked, shocked that liberals consider themselves to be unsuitable targets for satire.

He's a 24 yr old power lifter on the run from a dermatologist syndicate after he discovered a way to make $456,000 a month from home.

"Stand By Your Man (Cause His Fist Can't Reach That Far)"

The legal definition of rape is "the unlawful compelling of a person through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse." Please demonstrate how this is characteristic of normal sex.

Warm Bodies and Bullet to the Head seem to have earned similarly middling reviews, so why are we excoriating the former for its success while lamenting the fall of the latter?

It was in Blackadder II, in the episode where Hugh Laurie was a cross-dressing German spy who got off with Stephen Fry while disguised as a sheep.

So rape culture as a concept only works if you ignore the very definition of rape and substitute it with a subjective, baseless one instead?

Rape culture is the idea that society and social attitudes, norms and practices actively work to normalise, defend and vindicate rape, especially against women.

Speaking of hipster nom de plume, no comments for Nicole LaLiberte?

I would love to see a male spin-off of Girls, if only for the inevitable "How Boys challenges the feminine expectations of 'good TV'" article.

"Rape culture" may be the most overused, obnoxious sociological term since post-modernism.

Surprise, everbody!!! It's the Lord Jesus Christ!

I have to second this.

The Razzies tend to simply latch on to any films generally perceived as being awful in any given year, even if they are not objectively the worst.  Like the Oscars, they always shoot for the easy commercial targets (Transformers, Twilight); if a film is already infamously awful, issuing it an award for horribleness

I dare say they're the target audience.

I have always found the disparity between Glee's underdog subject matter and the fact that its a ratings juggernaut produced by the Fox Broadcasting Company and helmed by Ryan motherfucking Murphy to be hilarious.

I am going to have to politely disagree.

Spoiler Space is now apparently the page for people who have seen the film and wish to discuss it, leading to a ludicrous scenario in the Spoiler Space for Mama where the reviewer refused to reveal spoilers and chastised those who asked for them for " demanding something we didn't promise you".

As a Mexican mob boss, somehow.

It's almost as if it is absurd to group massive swathes of disparate people together in an arbitrary generational culture based on the fact that they happened to be born in the same decade.
