I more or less enjoyed Crystal Skull. Not perfect, but all things considered, it was fun.

I like the thought of Ellen Page smirking while wearing sweatpants.

Bruce Boa played General Reikan.

I think it bears mentioning that Spielberg and Lucas, while more or less equal in terms of name recognition, possess wildly different filmmaking reputations at this point. Which is to say, Spielberg's is much better than Lucas'. Heck, I would be more likely to invest in a Michael Bay project than a George Lucas

I can see this being extremely entertaining without ever needing to have actual screenplays optioned.

Lifting his skinny fists like antennae.

Is there a published dictionary of Liamese? Under a different name, maybe?

I just recently got The Masterplan (B-Sides collection), and I…kind of like it. I like their first two studio albums, but Be Here Now did not please me.

I kind of hoped so, but I didn't really think so by the time I saw a picture of them for the first time.

It's strange to think what it says about me and/or the current music marketplace that I was thinking very fond thoughts about BB while reading this (but Boo N'Sync!), seeing as how I was not one of those tween girls at the time.

I wonder how old Scott Bakula's character is supposed to be, because he's definitely not 17 either. Blakula. Bakula.

So true. Every promo photo of them is uncannily glum and mopey…uncannily enough to distinguish them in the community of bands (and let's be honest, lots of bands play on that to some degree).

I agree that focusing just on Mindy more than the ensemble would be a good move.

That's pretty much the gist of what I read that Lurman said, and it makes perfect sense to me.

Late comment, but I finally just saw IM3, and C+ what the heck? This review played a part in almost discouraging me from seeing this film in the theater. I'm very glad I did.

At least this is ACTUALLY what George Lucas originally intended, not revisionism.

It is indeed hard to have faith anymore. But like you say, Lucas being out of the way is huge. Some day, Star Wars may get its own Batman Begins. But I'm not sure that J.J. Abrams is the man to give us that…

Pam Grier could play his mom.

I like the Ewok Adventure more than Episodes I or II. Really.

You nail my mind, Drunk Dave. I do not consider Attack of the Clones canon in terms of Boba Fett's origin. He deserved better. As did Yoda…sometimes *less* is better for characters who are built on mystique.
