Is liking Radiohead a valid excuse to not get laid in high school and beyond?

"Oh man I really like this album Kid A, it's very affecting"
"YOU JUST WANT TO LIKE IT THE EMPEROR HAS NO CLOTHES!"

TJ Miller is a star

It's hardly just Fallon/The Tonight Show doing this garbage though.

People can not like things they don't like.

I'm seriously so fucking sick of "celebrity cameo" humor.

The tone of this article makes me not want to read The AV Club anymore.

People really underrate his comedic timing, he's one of the best in the business. His performances in Superbad, WoWS, This is the End, and the Jump Street movies are all pretty fantastic.

Awesome! I feel like my life's goal is complete

Exactly! People mention the characters and running gags a lot but they're just a vessel for the absolute best satire there is. Like you said, they're ALWAYS on point, and outside of the general boneheadedness they're always on the cutting edge of what they're targeting. The stuff about nerd culture, cynical attitudes

God I miss Vinny. Not only is he hilarious and charming but he formed a great comedic tandem with Jeff

I honestly think a lot of people assume its an actual showbiz-focused podcast and not the most hilarious, irony-drenched performance art going.

Maybe its just his tone that gets to me but it seems the format for that show is almost always:

Andrew Ti isn't always flustered and wishy-washy (and terrible)?

Hollywood Handbook is the best podcast every week and its a shame nobody seems to listen to it, especially fans of other Earwolf podcasts.

The band or the AV Club user?

I've listened to the vast majority of Fall albums and I never said they werent melodic, its just that melody and "pop structure" or whatever is far more central (so essential) to Pavement's identity

It's really underrated, there's only one song on the whole thing I don't care for (Billie), the rest is brilliant. I don't know why people dislike it other than it not sounding like their first two albums or that weird idea going around that it was basically a Malk solo album unlike the rest (outside of Brighten the

Yeah but they're infinitely more melodic than The Fall and really don't sound like them after the first album save for a song or two. Then again Pavement's whole slacker thing is overblown as well. Wowee Zowee, their best album and the best album, has remarkable attention to detail and is bursting with melodic ideas.

Is everyone allowed to be ironic except me!?! On the same site that makes a tradition of CancerAIDS?
