I dunno, man. There's something to be said for the audacity of the writers to have these brilliant one-off characters ACTUALLY STAY as one-off characters.

Krombopulos Michael is one of the greatest things to happen to this show.

GO RIARIO GO

DAMMIT. Now that Superjail's out, too, that whole magnificent block is almost gone… RIP, batshit you absurdist diamond.

I honestly haven't laughed harder at a show (other than Rick and Morty, but that's an unfair comparison) in ages. It's magnificent.

Syn… synergy?!

mmkay so DC is actually killing it this comic con.

I still don't think I'll ever forget the first time I saw this scene in theaters. I was in a fairly interactively vocal theater, but the second he got into the exam room, literally everyone went silent. Ridiculously powerful and compelling.

I WANT MY SLAW

I'm still only coming to realize how ridiculously influential the absurdism of Invader Zim was to my overall worldview.

I dunno. I know Kimmel is about as lowbrow as talk show humor gets, but I love his show to the ends of the Earth.

This show is a goddamn nation treasure.

This is one of the most wonderfully ridiculous things I've seen in god knows how long.

Please dear Lord let Bria Tharen be a part of this.

I've watched that episode umpteen times. I cry just about every time from laughing so hard.

The concentration of Paul F. Tompkins appearances makes it all worth it.

Between Wrath of Khan, Avatar, The Amazing Spiderman, Swing Kids, Aliens, Beautiful Mind, and Apollo 13, Mr. Horner wrote some of my absolute favorite compositions of all time. Thanks for the memories, and may your spirit live on through your music and your influence on composers yet to come.

I mean, it was always a matter of motivation. Vader always had the power, as that's one of the most basic Force abilities. He just cultivated the "slow, impossible to stop, death machine" aesthetic, hence the lumbering battles with Luke, where he's just this unstoppable force of nature.

Also, Lords of the Sith made Hera's motivations pretty clear. Her dad was the leader of the Ryloth resistance, and Vader and the Emperor personally executed basically the entire group. She grew up in those circles, and is part of a long legacy of rebels.

Who the heck made an english cover of der kommissar…? It's absolutely atrocious.
