I love how the "bad guy" of the first movie is an overzealous member of the EPA who doesn't want 4 guys operating a nuclear reactor in the heart of NYC. I mean, up until he has the Con Edison guy shut down a reactor he admits he doesn't need understand, Dickless has a point.

Seeing how much they segregated his character in the movies, I can understand his sentiments. I love them, but even as a kid Winston was my fav and it felt like "3 smart white guys and their occasional Black friend"

Yeah, it's funny the reviewer brought them up as an example of a "good" version of a decision, as it never really effected the story that much, other than a little dialogue and some War Asset points.
