You're the one making gross assumptions about me as an individual simply because I disagree with you over how we each rate a film. But sure, act like you know me as a person and can legitimately criticize my logic skills because I don't like a movie you did.

Or maybe I'm just expressing my opinion? I also don't really feel like getting into a 10+ post conversation with some Del Toro fans who are obviously spoiling for a fight. To each their own, I just don't like his stuff.

Also love as a middle finger to all the fans trying desperately to pinpoint the timeline of the show, Ptolomy's mother died when he was a baby while 99 Luftballoons played, which was released in 1983. Which fucks ANY attempt to try and establish a definitive time period for the show (and good riddance I say).

There are also channels on youtube that are just hours of recordings of rain, which I find quite soothing.

I feel like he has multiple powers that have yet to be defined (which is good, as it makes him more menacing). So far we've seen he's able to knock someone unconscious with a touch and to appear in the form of another person. Not sure about the other stuff.

What was the explicit X reference in the preview, if you don't mind me asking?

He also got to have his groin stepped on by Aubrey Plaza. Many would kill for that honor!

I honestly didn't think she could do anything OTHER than her standard "laconic, sullen, subtly cruel comedic girl" schtick, but I've been proven wrong and I love it.

I started kicking myself for being so aware of the opening credits and knowing we weren't going to get Jemaine Clement in the ep, but I loved Oliver's intervention all the same.

Her personality also seems to have been clearly altered in this reality (like several of the other characters) where she's less of a warrior and more of a normal person.

EVERY MOVIE wishes they had a villain as badass as Lenny.

I was waiting for him to fling that drool into orbit, like he does EVERYTHING ELSE.

Depending on the comics, seems like he did Jean reaaaal good.

Seriously, between Patrick Stewart's enthusiasm to work on the show, and Hawley and his gang's ability to channel crazy imagery on the Astral Plane, which could take place outside of space and time for all we know, I think they could totally justify and actual appearance, or even just a voice cameo at some point for

Your apology is accepted, but you're still going on the menu.

My problem with the Expanse is I don't really like the captain of the ship they pushed as a lead in S1, and would MUCH rather have spent all my time with Thomas Jane.

Maybe, then again, are we ever going to see David consume someone with his vagina? Because that happens in American Gods :P

Personally I've always found her very one-note, with a particular schtick she does quite well- but this show has blown those expectations out of the water.

I love Mass Effect.

And from that first ep where he started out admiring Sara dancing, then admiring her beating the shit out of a bunch of ppl? He always had greatness within…
