I've seen him at UCB in LA a few times and he's great, I was really happy to see him on TV.  Same with Betsy Sodaro on Animal Practice, although Ben & Kate is a better show so far.  Maybe if Animal Practice gets cancelled she can be on Ben & Kate somehow, like as a weird babysitter or something.

I thought in the pilot Schiff was the boss doctor at the hospital where Mindy started out of med school (where she met Bill Hader), and now she works at a smaller clinic/practice.  Right?

I also like that they let her be cute just by being cute and they didn't make her have a speech impediment or say embarrassing stuff in public
