I politely disagree, as he wrote for Tracy Morgan pretty extensively on 30 Rock, and has done collaborations before and since with artists of various colors. But let me put it this way: if Donald Glover writes and stars in a series in Atlanta about rap music, and every other person in the show is white (which would be

I can't see it in the books, but I would love it if they ended the movies there, as Jennifer Lawrence has way better chemistry with Woody Harrelson than either of the boys.

They've made enough jokes about Jake being Jewish that I think it's confirmed, even if you don't know Andy Samberg is Jewish. Peralta is actually a Sephardi Jewish surname, so it's likely that he's got a Jewish father, at the very least.

Yeah, it's so incredibly strange that starring, writing, and executive producing his own show, in addition to continuing an extensive touring schedule and making albums, should eat into a mere 14-week commitment of long hours on a show where you have zero control. It must be nefarious, and not a need to sleep.

This was such a lovely, sweet game. I still miss it.

Also, Kenan and Kel and My Brother and Me — Nickelodeon had a lot of shows that were not just minority-led, but entirely minority, but they weren't ghettoized in any way.

It's worth noting that neither Troy nor Shirley were originally intended to be black — they were the best actors seen for the roles, so they were cast.

Hmm. Kalinda lies a lot, and we've seen various other officials lie to get their way, so I don't think so. Robin is just generally brasher than Kalinda, who can be cool and removed.

I would fake being pregnant in order to have an excuse to eat cold pumpkin pop tarts during meetings…

I just binge-watched seasons 3-4, and the cases of the week this season have been really, really thin and obviously straining for relevance compared to previous cases. You could watch previous seasons and get engaged in the cases, because they were often really dramatically interesting and used (what seemed like)

I don't know, I think that may be Melissa George, as I have a visceral dislike for her every time she's onscreen in every role I've seen her in. While I appreciate that she's actually pregnant and that may be hampering her, she does not have the acting ability or the comic timing to actually make her pregnancy-related

For the love of God, share!

I see someone else has made the same connection down below. This really seriously needs to happen.

@Adelaidey:disqus, you're my hero for shutting down the awful Jo/Laurie shippers. HATE Jo/Laurie. They were awful together!

Christoph Waltz as Professor Bhaer or GTFO.

@avclub-7a5a3fe4ae33de425d06ac4fe8d097d2:disqus - That really, really blows. I'm sorry.

Prevention rates for the birth control pill for typical use, not perfect use, is somewhere around 92%, if not higher. And it's not "8 times out of 100, it works", it's "each time you have sex, it has an 92% chance of working." So statistically speaking, you're pretty solid.

Awww! That's lovely!

Reading the thread above, it seems like people are more upset with you for 1) declaring abstinence out of desperation rather than out of a higher purpose and 2) insisting on a virgin bride because you're a virgin. Both of these are problematic. Only one of these is problematic in Judaism: you really shouldn't be
