I agree. The book is one of my King favorites. I don't know how I'm watching this show with actual interest. Probably just because Barbie is super cute, young Sam Winchester is awesome at life, and I like the redhead from Twilight. I can be pretty one dimensional.

Personally, I love the smarmy smugness. It's usually a characteristic I abhor but Jeselnik is sooooo damn attractive that it elevates the persona for me. My husband can barely stand to watch the show with me because I'm practically drooling.

olivececile, little sam winchester was this show's saving grace for me. that, and barbie is hot in a dean winchester kind of way.
and the fact that i loved the book didn't hurt.
