Of course it would have better ratings with the highest-rated show as its lead-in.

P&R got a full season? It did worse than Community in the 8pm ratings. I used to be a big fan of P&R, but this season turned me off the show for a number of reasons.

I propose two completely unnecessarily complicated scenarios:

She doesn't have trouble finding them. She mentions a new guy she's dating three minutes and seven seconds into each episode.

Yay! Community going on hiatus gave me impetus to catch up on this series. Happy Endings is the funniest show on TV, IMO.

I'm happy I didn't have to buy any Subway sandwiches for this.

Sepinwall is reporting Community news of a 13 episode renewal. I raced here to see the reactions.

He seems to be friends with Yvette Nicole Brown. She would tweet about Chuck.

I don't really know. The descriptions I read were vague. He played an uptight husband (and father, maybe?) and has a buddy (his real-life BFF) who is also married. I guess he has to learn to be less uptight and "let it go."

It was a pilot for FOX, not NBC.

Zachary Levi just wrote on Twitter that FOX didn't pick up the pilot he was starring in, Let it Go.

I'm telling you what they said on the commentary, that Sherlock Holmes was supposedly at his peak of solving crimes in 1985.

The two countries' intelligence agences were sharing information and plans. The flight was destined for Baltimore. I guess the Americans were stereotypically impatient and go-it-alone and didn't want to wait for the British governments use of Sherlock to retrieve the "camera phone" with the plans from Irene Adler.

That was a flashback. In the apartment, he was reading the text she had sent before he saved her from beheading.

In the commentary on the DVDs, Gatiss or Moffat points out, in regards to the reference, that 1895 is recognized as the year that Doyle was at his prime in the writing of Sherlock. The 1895 Sherlock is the typical Sherlock. He is frozen (like the blog count - a bit of stretch) there in the minds of the public.

I'll rave. It's awesome. I'm too obsessed with it. The writing ranges from excellent to flawed, but the acting and production more than make up for any short-comings. Give all the awards to Benedict Cumbersnatch and Martin Freeman. It is so well-cast (though, I hate, hate, hate the actor's interpretation of Moriarty,

I don't get acutely angry often, but Superchunk's "Slack Motherfucker" is an awesome song to listen to when I do. It's a jump-around-get-the-aggressive-energy-out-with-some-F-bombs song. I have felt better after singing loudly along with it a few times.

I think Netflix just likes to troll.

I watched Midnight In Paris this weekend. I adored the Fitzgeralds. I liked the movie enough to be pleased that I watched it. These days, it is harder for me to find newer releases I'm willing to give a chance.

I love Before Sunrise, but I was also the perfect age for it when I first saw it.
