Interesting. Community had a Kings of Leon reference tonight. And then Parks & Rec and The Office both had Black Eyed Peas jokes.

Great episode. Each character/castmember had stand-out moments. Dennis's post-peel freak-out. Mac's and Dee's geography lesson. Charlie's moments of responsibility and then his rave dance.

I have not been excited about this season of P&R. The Ben and Leslie relationship is supposed to be sweet, I guess, but I just see it as childish. Leslie definitely acts like a child, as shown tonight. I haven't seen the romantic chemistry between them from the start.

Can some tell me what is going on with @NormsStories? I swear a Twitter novel was being written by Norm MacDonald, but now there is nothing there.

There is no narrative reason for Sabrina to always be at the Chance house. I don't like her character and I hate how the writers awkwardly shoe-horn her into every scene.

If fringe is mainstream to you and you have no pressure or rewards from mainstream culture, then you have an insulated life and purposefully exclude everything that is mainstream.

Quentin Tarintino calls it "pleasure" not "examined pleasure."

I am really, really looking forward to reading her autobiography.

Six seasons and a movie!

I'm committing to being evil.

NBC is the AT&T of networks.

I would watch anything that has both Joel McHale and Jim Rash. The Sepinwall interview they did at ComicCon with all the furry jokes makes me cry from laughter.

There is no where else on the internet to read about Lindsay Lohan's legal hijinks. Thank goodness for AVC.

Vulva. Vulva. Vulva.

This is a question for Bruce Vilanch.

Is Shirley's smiling kidnapping-murder-suicide line a set up for the future? I would think no, but I would never imagine a "is it Chang's baby?" storyline either. It was an odd throw-away joke otherwise.

Extant pleasure?

She wasn't in every episode as much last season.
