Yis!
Is Bret in the movie, too, or is he behind the scenes only? Either way, this is great news.

Happy Holidays
I was excited about this series, but the enthusiasm has waned.
I think this a great episode for getting a feel for the series. Of course, you'll already know the ending of the episode which takes a little fun watching the threads from seasons before come together, but it isn't a huge deal.
Spoiler culture
I love the end of Leonard Betts. I don't know if I have been surprised as much by a plot turn in a show since then. Sure, spoilers were bouncing around on forums then, but nothing like now. Even if a twist is left unspoiled today, those that trade in spoilers are blabbing to expect something crazy.…
Her attractiveness is on the level, if not beyond that, of the guys in the band, but, hey, picture of a woman on AV Club! Must comment on her looks immediately!
KC
I love this series because it is so much my experience. I was the kid that wrote the Kurt Cobain article for my junior high newspaper.
Whoa-o
Oh, this was good. Great song match for his voice. I love watching this band play (and I like that they dress like they have jobs).
Hack
What about all the poor spellers advertising their homes with large decks or the editors that write newspaper headlines for stories about beavers? When is Leno going to credit them?
Driving me crazy
What was the Hawaiian-ized pop song that was playing when the gang went to Duncan's apartment? It's one of those adult contemporary 80s/90s-type songs that get featured a lot on the show.
Fluffytown
Would that this comment box were a time comment box.
Good job, AV Club.
I'm excited for this. Here's hoping for more great bands.
Vacuous mannequin face and Jodie Foster severity
I love the character of Britta. Her character should be a point of study. For a quick-moving sitcom, it's amazing how they were able to rework her so quickly into such a layered character. And I do recognize my own ego in liking her. I identify with bits of her and that…
Special drink
I bet he has so much fun doing this show. He gets to sing, dance, play other characters, impersonate other characters, wear crazy costumes and wigs, do wall-leaping stunts, and act in crazy plots completely in the background.

Tracy Jordan's autobiography
Hank Moody
Hank Moody's book in the first season of Californication, _God Hates Us All_, was published as an actual book. It was described as a literary masterpiece in the series, which is a lot for a ghostwriter for a fictional character to live up to.
All the writers may have been open, as you recall Todd, but I think M&W were especially so, with far less diplomacy and more frankness than the others.
Morgan and Wong
When the TXF came to Netflix Watch Instantly, I started a series re-watch and also kind of dipped back into the fandom, reading old interviews and such. In one in-depth magazine interview, Morgan and Wong were quite unguarded in discussing their episodes of the fourth season.
Pigeons
Kings Of Leon. Buuuuuurn.
