90s teenager
Weezer, REM, and Nirvana albums all in the review section? I'm reliving junior high school all over again. I just got a whiff of the gym class locker room.

The story of technology
My first car didn't have a CD player. I remember playing Foo Fighter's self-titled album on a portable CD player with the tape deck adapter.

I'd do it.
Watch all of the shows I now watch on broadcast and cable networks (about a dozen over the course of the year) for $30 a month on iTunes with no commercials and at anytime I want? That's a steal. I'd cancel my cable.

Do you want to read this interview, in case there are no gay people reading it?
This is the complete opposite to the Bronson Pinchot Random Roles. Everyone is nice and funny. Every role is pleasant and a blessing.

Get off my lawn, you baby prostitutes!
After seeing how jackass parents (Billy Ray Cyrus) let there kids dress on Halloween and seeing thigh highs in an 8-year-old's store-bought costume, I have no problem with limits put on kids' costume.

New Zealanders are unhygienic.
Rarely do Conchords interviews yield straight answers, so I'm happy to read some here. Jemaine seems a bit more forth-coming without Bret.

I watched a few minutes of Trauma (or was it Mercy?) the other night and there was a gay Halloween storyline on it, too. A dude was dressed like Sarah Palin and Oscar on The Office was also dressed like SP.

Electronics are needed to save people from electronics-related afflictions.
This reminds me of those stories of South Koreans video game addiction related deaths. Gamers dropping dead after 3 day game benders.

Carrots
I love you, Claire Zulkey. Now I have the biggest urge to watch Anne of Green Gables in all of it's Canadian glory.

Hole
The naked Andy scene seemed a bit of a retread of last season's naked Andy scene (which I think was funnier - a kiddie pool bubble bath and chasing someone while naked and on crutches). While tonight's episode was good, I think Leslie's practice date was an "A" episode for the series.

National Park geek
I watched the series when it aired on PBS and I was enthralled and emotionally invested, even though I was well aware of the Ken Burns tricks. I rolled my eyes at the idea of a 12 hour documentary about the national parks, but it really was interesting, particularly the parts about John Muir,

I'm going to take the month of August off…
I like the live versions of their songs better than the studio versions. The acoustic guitars and DG-20 substituting for every instrument and studio trick works best with their particular shtick. The songs from "Freaky" were written for the studio and they sounded so

S. Jerusalem, I'm curious, too, how well the S2 songs hold up outside the show. This time around, the writing process was reversed for the majority of the songs.

Ad people waste time on internet blogs, too
Don Draper would put an end to tv ad folks looking to internet blogs for ideas.

I'm surprised that more reviews don't mention the similarities. I've been waiting for Karen O to acknowledge the influence.

What's a lawn?

Fruit tree
When I first heard "All is Love," I wondered why the radio channel was playing the Danielson Famile.

IMDB summary: A pretty young manicure accepts the amorous advances of a young dude, but her husband drops in and boots the dude out of the door. Very catchy and funny.

Gay Manicure
Does manicure have an obscure, secondary meaning?
