The thing I like about this show is that they'll introduce a plot one season then return to it the next. I'm glad they didn't resolve the Kimmy plot last night.

I agree with most points here. Though I don't care so much about when this takes place in the Arrow universe since the Arrow characters here weren't really relevant to the plot. Joe and Cisco could have snooped without them.

I think it was more of a threat. Wells was the one who wrote the threat on Joe's wall to stop investigating.
