Still would have liked them to say they are aliens.
Still would have liked them to say they are aliens.
My sister and dad were the ones who would always beat the dungeon levels for me in Mario 3 and Super Mario World. I remember the first time I beat one of the Koopa Kids, I ended up calling my dad at work to tell him I didn't need his help anymore.
I remember replaying Minish Cap so often since it felt so short. You should give it another chance.
Any good sleepover stories? Most of the ones I've been to were nothing special, but I do remember a friend smuggling some of his dad's dirty movies. It was pretty tame though.
I've missed all the new episodes this week.
I don't think I've ever beaten Mario 3.
I'd spend time in class or at work drafting what I'd do. "Spend an hour in Item World so I can unlock this class, then go replay World 3 with just these characters to unlock this class, then reincarnate these three…"
Totally agree. Plus those battle backgrounds became annoying.
I replayed it recently and was amazed by how much better I did on that playthrough because I kept everyone balanced. I also brought Kimhari down a bunch of different paths instead of just making him an Auron or Wakka clone.
I've gotten as far as beating Yunalesca (toughest boss?) but then gave up for whatever reason even though I know I was at the end.
I'm still so bummed that IFC canceled Garfunkel & Oates and The Birthday Boys. Birthday Boys was so much better in its second season, and I feel like Garfunkel & Oates would have only improved (found most of the episodes hit-or-miss but still so much better than current Portlandia and Maron)
She's so zen. Like that woman earlier in the year who worked for a consulate or whatever.
I'll wait for a comic article but did anyone pick up any of the Convergence issues? I grabbed The Question, Oracle/Nightwing, and (reluctantly) Speedforce.
I've got an insane backlog. I picked up a PS3 last winter with my tax refund and a bunch of games for cheap, but have really only played FFX, Disgaea D2, and Katamari. I have at least close to a dozen I haven't tried yet.
Every so often I'll restart Disgaea with the sole purpose of beating the main game—I still have yet to do it. I get insanely focused and start strategizing who and what I want in my party but I always give up around the stage with the Prism Rangers.
Every Saturday in Allston.
One Week. No Items. Final Destination.
Dogsitting for my parents' this week which means I'm getting takeout at all my old favorite places. Last night was Chinese. Tonight will probably be a calzone (chicken kabob or italian cold cut)
At least Klugh had closure.
