Does constant slapping count?

It saddens me to hear so many Floridian transplants in Hollywood complain about having to join a union. Or constantly hearing about how the California Teachers' Association needs to be dissolved like they did in Kansas (which lost all of its qualified teachers).

The UCs are in a bit of trouble right now! Used to be that CSUs were free (though official state policy denies this, anyone over 65 can tell you) and UCs charged a token tuition, like Robert McNamara going to Cal for $50 a semester. Then in the early '80s, the UCs were semi-privatized.
