Oh, no, I much prefer Clarke to Asimov and Asimov to Heinlein.

I seem to have liked Unseen Academicals more than most people - I think Pratchett is particularly good at strong female characters, and I felt a strong affinity for Glenda.

It's apparently endlessly syndicated in New Zealand (along with My Wife and Kids).

On checking IMDB, I see the show actually lasted two seasons.

One of my favorite One-Season-Wonders was his show 'Day by Day', staring Linda Kelsey (Lou Grant) and Doug Sheehan (General Hospital) as former yuppies now retired from the rat race and running a day care center (art imitates life, apparently).

Gary Sinise as Stu was perfect, though.

Because having kids early and often shortens a woman's life expectancy, and breast cancer risk is related to age, so you do the math.

Brian Fuller plays around with that - he did in Pushing Daisies, too. If you had the ability to bring back someone you loved from death, but a stranger would die in their stead, would you?

Stuckey's or Waffle House.

"I've Got You Under My Skin"

Oh, gosh, yes. I just rewatched Bedlam for the umpteenth time last week. Anna Lee was amazing.

Raises hand.

Look at me, I'm doing the Abe Lincoln!

This, this, this.

Or the Northwest.

OK, this is actual dream I had once -

Am I a bad person because I'm angrier at him for what he did to poor crazy Georgia than for what he did to the doctor?

Inspirational, even!

There's a series of e-books/games called 'Choice Of' available on Android (maybe iWhatever, too, I neither know nor care).
They're fun enough.

Evangeline Lilly was at this sand-castle building fundraiser they had in Wellington while I was there - unfortunately, I got food poisoning, so I didn't get to see her.
