They must have sent their four fastest ships.
They must have sent their four fastest ships.
Yeah and unfortunately I think a lot of this stuff just hinges on how much time they have to tell these stories. We're left to fill in a lot of details that just aren't there.
Yeah, it's also kind of a way of owning her actions. Like she was saying to herself, "this is what you wanted girl, so you'd better be able to look at it."
Here's hoping that Sansa really has learned something and is able to feed Littlefinger what he wants to hear, while draining him of his power, or arranging his own accidental death.
I guess my thing is, Yara really likes the Ironborn way of life. I was just surprised to hear her agree to give it up so readily. So she's either a really good leader who can see the bigger picture, or she's totally lying.
I kind of thought it was a little unrealistic that, when Dany tells Yara that the Ironborn way of life is over now, Yara took about 2 beats and went, "Welp! I guess it is! You're the boss!" That shit might look like a good deal on paper, but I don't really see that playing out.
I get what you're saying, but I think what bothers you is actually part of the point. There's no way these characters, the Stark kids in particular, could possibly come out of these experiences unscathed and without losing a little part of what makes them who they are.
Hey man, she brought a guy back from the dead. Maybe she's sleepy.
I also keep forgetting that Davos doesn't know what happened to Shireen. It's like they keep sweeping that whole thing under the rug, only to pull it out again at random moments.
That's a lot of wildfire.
Seriously. That was bonkers.
Meh, I wasn't thinking clearly. There were intestines flying around everywhere.
When Jon & Friends were getting their asses handed to them, I thought, "This might be a good time for the Night King to show up"
Yeah, i considered a shadow baby too. Maybe there wasn't time. Of course that would have robbed Sansa of her satisfaction.
Ugh, the last thing that girl needs is more marriages.
Re: Mel & Rickon, I think she has to see some sort of greater purpose in it. She's not going to try and rez a kid just to be nice. The lord of light would have to give her some sort of reason and smashing walnuts just isn't good enough.
Jon's dumb decision making really bothered me. Sansa totally warned him and it was so clear that Ramsay was baiting him, and he went and rage-charged like a big dummy anyway. I feel like book Jon would have been smarter than that.
Never leave us.
Followed closely by Donnie and Helena.
That is a delightful tidbit.
