@Richard Foreman, is your name Tim Fey?

YESSSSS!
I also heard that if Khan is the villain in the new Star Trek, he was one of the front-runners for the role. Either way, on Lost they had to actually tone down his eyelashes.

Maybe I worded it poorly, but I don't mean the character is self-aware, I mean the actor is very aware of how funny the line is they're saying and it bleeds into their delivery. I think it could come from Glover and Fey being writers before actors.

Donald Glover Tina Fey
I'm sure I'll be raped for this, but I really don't like Donald Glover's delivery. I fear it comes from his time spent with Tina Fey at 30 Rock. Basically what it is is that she, and he deliver their lines with a flavor that says "I know what I'm saying is funny." I think Ricky Gervais or

I hope Michael Shannon likes slow-mo
Because, you know, Zack Snyder.

Annie Hall and Hannah And Her Sisters are musts
But I would've started with Sleeper.

The villain is one of more unsettling in recent film memory, that actor is incredible.

Billy Campbell
Needs to strap on his Rocketeer gear and solve the shit out of this case.

Yeah definitely. It just popped in my head though reading about this series.

Did anyone ever see
Spoorloos/The Vanishing?

"…the corpse of Miss Blankenship"
I could not believe that was Ralph Macchio's mom from The Karate Kid.

Global Guts was filmed before a live studio audience in Universal Studios, FLORida!

L.A. Noire
Ken Cosgrove will return, but in animated form a la L.A. Noire

Just watched Rope two days ago
RIP, Strangers On A Train and Rope were two of the all-time best Hitchcock. Damn fine actor.

"…nobody points out the sheer weirdness of a Frightened Rabbit song being used…"
Agreed.

MERRY FUCKING CHRISTMAS EVERYONE
And a happy new Fringe. Damn I'm happy now.

Two more things
One shot and line from B.J. Novak reminded me of Seth Meyers, but I do not remember which.

You had me at "shut it"
Not saying anything original here, but tonight it finally became real to me that Steve Carell was leaving the show. Right when Holly almost proposed to Michael instead of vice-versa, and he said "shut it." The show has fallen steadily for a few seasons, etc. etc., but I am really gonna miss

Yeah I caught a bit of the art gallery stuff the other night.

Jerry killed him.
I built him myself, he was a like a son to me…
